Our position is sales and customer service based. It would suit best a candidate who wishes to develop a long-lasting career within sales and has strong, proven customer service skills.
This position is Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.
Salary: £18-21K (depending on experience.)
What you will be doing:
> Taking inbound calls.
> Negotiating to win business and cross selling associated products.
> Making outbound calls to grow sales (approx 40 per day).
> Liaise with sales reps, customers, suppliers and depots accordingly.
> Costing and providing quotations.
> Assisting with finance reporting.
> Updating stock levels and report figures to customers.
> Working experience within a customer service based role.
> A passion to build a career in sales.
> Telesales or telephone based experience is desirable.
> Strong attention to detail.
> The ability to use own initiative and take the lead on projects.
> Strong written and oral skills are essential.
