We are looking for an office administrator for holiday cover at our clients site based near Kincardine, Fife. The position is 2 weeks work only (28th Sept – 8th Oct). Please only apply if this suits you.
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
– Answering the phone and being the first point of contact for anyone contacting us.
– Responding and forwarding on emails.
– Scanning and filing.
– Weighing the trucks in and out.
Hours:
– Monday to Thursday = 0800 to 1800
– Friday = 0800 to 1230
