Job description
We have a perm vacancy available for an experienced (part-time) administrator.
Hours will be Monday – Wed & Friday: 10.00 – 13.00 and Thursday: 10.00 – 14.00.
Hours can be flexible if necessary.
Duties Include:
- Answering telephone when necessary
- Add new contractor details to shared file
- File contractor invoices
- Collate contractor invoices for payment
- Take maintenance jobs from Clients and record on database
- Allocate jobs to appropriate contractors
- Update Clients on works
- Any other administrative duties as appropriate
Full training will be given on our clients bespoke systems. Attention to detail is essential so training methods are tailored to encourage pride in work, confidence and personal growth.
Essential qualities required of applicant:
PC proficient
Good telephone voice/prowess
The ability to work within a team and autonomously
